    Hi Mark

    Previously I thought I have the option to request first....? I no longer can find the option to place a request prior to banking a week. Is this still an option?

    Also, should we find a week we want and reserve it, can it be cancelled? Reason being my wife does not get vacation confirmation until April for the coming summer. We are hoping for Hilton Head or Myrtle Beach Summer of 2007.

        Steven - thank you for your post. At this time if you wish to Request First, please email us at accounts@sfx-resorts.com or call Member Services at 800-739-9969 and advise them you wish to Request First. They will add an Open Request for your online submission.

        Within the next 2-3 weeks, this component will be a standard feature within Request screen for you to transact with.

        Please keep in mind, Requesting First has a lower priority than a Deposit First and doesn't qualify for Bonus Week options. If you are requesting prime time and location, you need all the trading power you can get, otherwise you are stacking the odds against you for results.

        If you confirm a week, you can cancel it. If you cancel more than 30 days in advance, your account will be credited for another exchange week. You will be charged another exchange fee only when confirmed for another week.

        If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, you will only get a credit for your week if there is a replacement user for it. The exchange fee is also non refundable.

        * If you purchase Vacation Reinstatement package at the time of booking ($39), in the event you cancel your exchange week less than 30 days prior to arrival, your week will be credited back to your account for another exchange.

          Mark, Along the same lines, if you cancel greater than 30 days in advance, will the trade power available for exchange be the same as of the original week?

            Calgal - thank you for your post. Yes, it will remain the same. It just doesn't make any sense to dilute the trading power at this point. You have to draw the line somewhere to where it doesn't become ridiculous and counter-productive.
