Additional Comments not saving?

When I put in my exchange request in your new fab interface, I added a specific resort request in the Additional Comments section... but the resort request (add'l comment) is not noted anywhere I can see online and when I tried to re-input it I got an error message...

Do the 'Additional Comments' get saved elsewhere, even though they may not be reflected online?

Hi Avery - any notes in the comments section are stored in our reservation system within your account attached to the request. They don't show online. Hope this helps.

Mark, Please ask your tech people to make the "additional comments" show online. I find it confusing when they don't. I've had to call your office to verify that my comments were in my request because if they weren't, I might be confirmed into something I didn't want.

Hi Avery - the Additional Comments are stored in your account's Request Screen and are not viewable online. They are only viewable internally by the agents.
