Phil - thank you for your post. Regardless of any ratings by other bulletin board groups, this resort has a 5 Star rating by Interval International.

Whether we or anyone else for that matter agrees or disagrees with their rating, one consideration that is a fact, up until a couple of weeks ago, this was the "only timeshare property" in Napa Valley.

Napa is the wine and gourmet capital of the USA. Napa is a world class 5 Star "Location". Anyone being able to exchange into Napa Valley is very fortunate.

The resort is very well maintained. Because the resort is in a flood-zone, local zoning ordinances require in the event of a flooding emergency, all units must be mobile and relocated to safe ground. Therefore in accordance with code, the units at this property are small cottage style modular units, that are attactively decorated. Our Members are advised accordingly in advance with this information.

If this is not agreeable, then they will not be staying in Napa and will have to pick other locations. It is a choice and an option.

As with certain other world class locations with virtually no supply and global demand, the location may be 5 star and certainly an opportunity for Members to make their own choices.

Hi Phil - just checked and it still has an I.I. 5 Star rating. There are quite a number of resorts not listed in the directory. Because of the new directory being constructed we have not updated the current one. You will very much enjoy the new upcoming directory. I have been involved with some of the beta testing and it looks great. We are adding some more features than what was originally planned.... it will be worth the wait !!
