Hi Mark,

You've been so helpful before that I'm back once again. I have 2 questions.

I received a bonus week when I signed up, and I placed a request for Florida, the week after Christmas. Do you think I have any chance of getting that? It would be good to have some idea because of family planning, etc. If it is pretty much out of the range of possibility, what could we obtain with this week, which will expire on January 7, I think?

The second question is, with my deposited week, we would like to go to Scotland and England next summer. Is this a possibility? I would like to obtain a timeshare week, then do a Marriott points package around it, but I need to obtain a TS week first, in order to plan. When I look on the screen, it gives the option of ALL of Scotland and what I don't want is to be on the outer Isles, but to be somewhere sort of central or in the highlands so we can tour. Are we locked in to accepting any location at all? We are fairly flexible, but have never been before and don't want to be locked in to a location which will prevent us from driving around. London is another great option for one week. Our dates are between May 19 and must return before August 19. Please tell us what to do.

We are considering depositing another week with you, but need some confidence about getting something for these weeks first, do we have some chance?

Hi Shauna - Thank you for your questions. Let me start out by saying our responses to questions regarding future exchange possibilities are... "Under-promise, Over-deliver".

In reviewing your request placed on 8/30/06 (2 1/2 weeks ago), we consider an arrival on Jan 6/7 to be the second week after Xmas. (The week after Xmas would be the New Year Holiday week). Although no exchange company can guarantee future space, historically speaking there may be a very high likliehood for positive results for this request.

Yes, this is possible. However, as any seasoned timeshare Owner will tell you, Summer weeks in high quality resorts in Europe have a high difficulty factor with all exchange companies, as this is Premium Demanded time of the year and space is limited. This equasion is with "all exchange companies". But it is possible and you are in good time with about a one year in advance window ahead of you. Our recommendation is to place the request.

Our current directory is very incomplete and will be replaced with a new directory "very shortly". However, subject to availability we can access any quality resort in any system. Point being if you have "other directories", you can use them for reference and select any resorts you want and place the request with us.
