I am ready to test the exchange waters. I will respond to the offer I received by email. Can you or someone else direct me to the thread on this forum that details how exchanging and bonus weeks work. It was very detailed and I want to print it out so I know what I am doing. I will keep looking-but I haven't found it just yet.

For Mark-since I have never exchanged with your company or any other-is it better to cast a wide net? In other words-I have a two month span and a couple of other misc weeks in which I would accept many resorts in three different areas. How do I enter that in? I read where you can just keep repeating the same transaction number but do I have to do that for each and every resort-or can I enter a general area? I am fairly easy to please at this point. I do have some concerns-i.e. pool available-but other than that-I am good to go. Also-if I give the two month span and I book an alternate week elsewhere-will I be able to delete that particular week from my request and still stand with my original request and other dates in tact? Mainly this is for the bonus week-the exchange week-I don't want until 2008. I want to be really flexible on the bonus week.

StressCadet - Thank you for your post. Yes, the best results are always obtained by casting a "wide net" (a window of acceptable travel dates instead of one specific date only, and alternative locations).

In entering multiple choices, you do not have to enter them for each resort you want. Just place your requests for areas and dates. We will search for all possible Crown and 5 star rated resorts in the areas requested. If there are specific resorts of interest, you only need to enter them once in the comments box.

Once you accept a week offered to you, any other alternative areas and dates against that specific request number will no longer exist, as the request is fulfilled. If you have other credits available to you eg. another exchange week or bonus week, they are different transactions and of course you can keep any pending searches open.
