Hi Mark

I have a bonus week request going on for Hawaii with travel dates between 9/27 and 11/20/06 for some friends. Yesterday I was asked how much time is given between the confirmation notification and the start of the week being used? I didn't know so I figured I would ask you. My friends told me, if confirmed, they would need a minimum of two weeks. Anything less then that we would have to cancel the requests. Thanks.

Don - thank you for your post. We consider 30 days prior to the requested arrival dates to be in most cases a reasonable timeframe. Anything less in most cases may be unreasonable notice from us, and there is a discretionary judgement made in the event of a match. Depending on circumstances some Members ask us to search up to the last minute.
