  • My requests have disappeared

    Hi Mark,

I went online to cancel a request I had made with SFX, which we no longer needed. To my surprise, I found that two other ongoing searches I requested several months ago, for Hawaii in Dec. 2007, were gone from the search list. Do you know what might have happened? Do I need to call SFX?
    Thanks for your help.

Hi Julie - if you could pm me your full name and account number, I will see what happened.

Julie - thanks for sending me your account information today. I logged into your online account... and both your requests including Hawaii are there and have not been in the disappear-mode.

Let me give you some additional help here. Please login to your SFX account at www.sfx-resorts.com.

      Then click Member Login.

      Thenk click Requests

On the left-hand side you will see a small box titled "Exchange Weeks". In this box you will see two Request numbers (Two transactions). Click the top one... That is Florida.

Click the bottom one ending in 094... those are your Hawaii requests placed on 2/20/2006.

      Hope this helps...

Thank you Mark, I feel a little embarrassed as it was easy enough to do just what you said. Maybe the layout of the page has changed; something about it just seemed different than before. Seems like all the requests used to just "be there" on that page. But now I know where to find them! Thanks again.
