  • 10/31/06 Deposit 3 for 1 Bonus Week Special

    Hi Mark:

    I made a deposit which qualified for the 3 for 1 special but my bonus week history doesn't reflect the special. And I know I received the weeks because 1) I received a one year extention on my unused deposit and 2) I received a letter in the mail indicating I qualified for the mexico and regular bonus week. Should I be looking somewhere other than the "history". I called last week and Jennifer said she would look into it but I haven't seen anything on-line as of yet.

    What does "1 yr. reinstatement for 1 expired week" mean? Does it mean if I have a week that expires 12/31/08 and I haven't used it by then will I get an extention?

    Marcia - thank you for your post. The one year reinstatement means, if you have a previously deposited week that went past the two year window in which to use it, and it expired... that week will be reinstated with a one year extension. In other words, you get to recover a week that was lost due to expiration.

    It may well be your deposited week hasn't cleared verification yet with your resort. We only credit your account with the Bonus Weeks once your resorts verifies your deposit information.

      I couldn't find my bonus weeks on line, either. I thought they would be listed under "History" but they weren't there. I finally found them by clicking on "Requests." Try that and see if they are there.
