Hi Mark

I'm looking for an exchange company who can get either RCI's The Glasgow Residence or RCI/II The Edinburgh Residence for the summer of 2008. Is this a can do with SFX or do I need to look elsewhere?

Hi Don - Subject to availability, we can access any resort in any system as the exchange companies do not own the space. Regardless of which exchange company you choose for this request, I can advise, this has a high difficulty factor for these reasons:

They are premium properties in premium demand season. Owners at those kind of premium quality properties rarely give their time up for exchange and tend to use them. Even more so in the Summer time. That geographic region only has about 3-4 months of nice weather a year, and that's when everyone tries to go, creating a condition of Demand greater than Supply.

No matter which exchange company you use, you should add alternative locations as a plan B. Extremely difficult, but not impossible.

Thanks for the reply Mark. With the Edinburgh Residence being both affiliated with II and RCI I think I have a better chance if I go with SFX. I'm with II but not RCI so I think I double my chances with you.
