Country not on Destination list

Hi Mark

I want to add an additional destination/resort to my present request but I can't because the country (Turks & Caicos) is not listed on your drop down destination list. Is there a way I can add this country to my current request or am I just out of luck? Thanks.

Don - sorry for the delay, I needed to do some research. The reason we don't currently have that island listed, is because there are no Crown or 5 Star rated properties there. I noticed about 5 properties, but two of them were "artists renderings" (no photos) and you know how that goes.

Although we specialize in higher end properties, if you are willing to downgrade, we will add that into your search. Please advise.

I would be EXTREMELY INTERESTED in Turks & Caicos as well. It would be my number one destination in the Caribbean. Could you PLEASE tell me what the 5 properties were as I may be able to answer questions about them.

I see you have a restriction for only the July 4th major Holiday week. In placing a restriction for the most demanded week with the least availability during the summer, may inhibit positive results. Are you able to be flexible and be open to alternative travel weeks?

A while back you have made a reference to 5 properties on Turks and Caicos.
Subtracting the two that offer only "artists rendering" this leaves three. I can only find some information on the Alexandra Resort and Spa. Certainly not a 5 star. Could you name the others and tell me where I could find info on the other two ? Thanks.

Apparently you used to exchange into Costa Rica, but I did not see it listed on your web map. Do you have resorts there avail?

Hi Joan - thank you for your post. Costa Rica is under review. I believe there are a couple of crown rated resorts there. If there are, they will be uploaded within a week. I am currently at a convention for Fractional Resorts right now, and will look into this for you by Thursday.

Mark, Speaking of the Turks and Caicos, I just checked the SFX website and noticed that they are still not listed in the drop-down menu or in the resort directory.
My question is that if I were to add the Turks and Caicos to my search and specify that I am willing to accept a non-rated resort, how could I get a confirmation if SFX only accepts top-rated resorts?
By the way, I see that RCI has now given the Alexandra Resort and Spa a Silver Crown rating.
