Hi Marcia -

The first step is for you to login at www.sfx-resorts.com, Member Login, then click Profile and check your email address is correct. The email address you see in your profile is the address that was mailed today.

If correct and you didn't receive the email, then assuming you didn't delete it as junk mail, it means your email service provider filtered it as corporate spam. This is a common an notorious condition with email service providers.

It seems their assumption is, if it's corporate... then it's spam... let's block it.

To help remedy this situation, you need to also make sure both accounts@sfx-resorts.com and vacations@sfx-resorts.com are in your email's buddy list.

This should resolve the issue. Hope this helps...

Just wanted to add I did get an email last week about the expiring of the 3 for 1 offer so emails from SFX do get thru, just not the sell off list.

I got the following email from SFX when I reconfirmed my info...

Sell off prices

A little off topic but how are the prices of these sellout weeks established?
The current list has 2 consecutive weeks @ Cliffs Club in Kauai. 2/18 week is $399 and the following week 2/25 is $499. Both weeks are 1 BRs. Why is this?
