I am considering depositing my Resort on Cocoa Beach week to try a trade for Ocho Cascadas in Puerto Vallarta. How many deposits do you see from this resort?

lgreenspan - Thank you for your post.

Although we get a number of deposits from this property, you should not bank your week with any exchange company with the intent of getting an exchange into a specific property that only has "8" units, especially when most of the Owners use their time and have no interest in trading.

In addition to that property, you should be open to alternative high quality resorts in the area too... that way there is a stronger possibility of us booking you for a great vacation.

Mark, I hope you don't mind me adding this. Ocho Cascadas has their own website with rentals if this is something you must absolutely have.

I got this once on an II flexchange, but it was summer and something came up so I didn't go.
