Gatlinburg weeks

Mark,

I've been told by SFX in the past that you have no demand for Gatlinburg weeks and are not interested in my Tree Tops Resort units. Tree Tops is a gold crown resort and the demand is pretty high for the area, so that surprised me.

I'm told that you now have a couple of Gatlinburg weeks in your directory, but my computer doesn't have (and can't load) the flash program required to view your on-line directory.

Can you tell me what Gatlinburg weeks you now accept?

Sheila - thank you for your post. We have a very small demand for Gatlinburg. It seems most of the demand for that location is more regional than national. It certainly is a very nice location, and what small demand we do have is mostly summer time when kid's are out from school.

Resorts we will accept deposits from...

1. Crown Park Resort
2. Gatlinburg Town Square
3. Fairfield Smoky Mtns.
4. Bentcreek Golf Village

We are sorry to hear you cannot load Flash player. It runs on MS Explorer, Netscape, Firefox etc. Here is a link to their site. You may wish to try downloading again: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

How do you decide which resorts to take? Just for a comparison, RCI lists six gold crown resorts in Gatlinburg, but you only take three of them. Fairfield Smoky Mountains is actually in Sevierville (a long slow drive from Gatlinburg during the season).

My Tree Tops Resort would compare favorably with Bent Creek, certainly, and is probably superior to Gatlinburg Town Square from everything I've read.

Just curious.

Hi Sheila - Our resort review team make the final decisions. I know on certain occassions we do not agree with certain resort ratings by other companies. Sorry I cannot be more informative on this.

Mark,

If those are the only 4 resorts that you accept then why are the Sunterra and Westgate resorts in Gatlinburg listed in your directory? The above 4 are not in the directory.

I have a request in for the first week in June for Gatlinburg.
