Question about using a Bonus Week

If I submit a request using one of my regular exchange weeks, can I later decide to switch the request to a bonus week? Must I make the switch before a match is made, or can I do it at the time of confirmation?

If it must be done before the match is made, how do I "revise" the request without losing my place in line.

Hi Yolanda - when the agent calls you to offer you the matched week, assuming you have both a bonus week and exchange week credited to your account, they will ask you which one you would like to use for the booking. You can let them know at that time.

I just logged n, and I don't see my comments. The request I looked at has been there for 2-3 months. Are the comments you see from a recent request?

I, too, would be interested to know where you saw your "comments" at. When I log in to my account there is no "comments". All I see is a list of my requests.

Additional comments you place in a online request screen are not viewable to you when you login and view your pending requests. Those comments are viewable in your account internally to the agents.

Thanks Mark for clearing that up. Do you think we'll ever be able to see our comments in the future? I, for one, think it's a good idea to see what's requested, especially when we have you or SFX adds a resort/country that's not in your directory. Being able to see the comments would at least allow us to see if the resort/country was added.

Just spoke with the manager in our IT department. They will add the view your comments feature within the next 3-4 weeks. This means in addition to your actual request details, you will be able to see any specific comments you added in the comments box.

Well I must be going crazy! I submitted a request yesterday and I swear I saw the comments I typed visible on the screen. My apologies everyone. Hopefully this really will get implemented soon.

Thank you! I have a significant comment in my request - for a different island. Everytime I check my requests I wonder whether my comment might have disappeared so I'll end up with an exchange to St. Thomas instead of St. Croix This change will help my peace of mind and keep me from being tempted to call SFX every few weeks to ask whether my request is still intact
