I wanted to put a big thank you out there to my agent Liza. She really searched and made phone calls for me and got me a week on Kauai in June. I called her a lot, probably drove her crazy, but it must have worked.

Now on to my next challenge, finding airfare under $699. And so little time.

I spoke with Jennifer Friday night, and Liza yesterday. Jennifer went out of her way to get approval for a variance to the normal rules. RCI managers sure aren't flexible! I ended up with an exact match to the GM Riviera Maya for a specific check-in date to coincide with another week I already had reserved.
BOTH very helpful, and SFX management is obviously working with a customer friendly/satisfaction business plan.

zdxlc9p6 - Thank you for your post. Glad we could make it work for you. Grand Mayan, Riviera Maya is one of my favorite resorts. You must dine at their Italian Restaurant "Tramonto". Great food and ambiance. I believe you need advance reservations.
