  • Masters Villas at Paradise Canyon?

    Mark,

Do you accept Masters at Paradise Canyon (II 5 Star Resort)? Would a week 26 (4th of July week) receive a bonus week and/or be eligible for extending deposits for a year? And lastly what is the deadline for deposit of a 2007 week?

    Thanks,
    Dale

Dale - the resort itself is very nice. Regrettably we have no demand for Mesquite from our Member base. Sorry...

I asked Mark about this resort sometime back. It is too bad that SFX doesn't get requests for it since it is a really outstanding property for golfers. It also is a great trader at II where I have used it for a trade to Four Seasons Aviara & spot 5* resorts in Hawaii & Arizona all the time. TPI & Trading Places Maui both gladly accept Masters Villas for exchanges to Hawaii, too. I think many people who would be very pleased with an exchange there just haven't discovered it yet. I don't even play golf and I love to go there. But I will admit it has limited appeal for a family with children or those wanting a lot of resort amenities.

Julie - I agree with you, it's a very nice quality resort. The only challenge we have, is we get no requests for Mesquite from our Members. It would be in Dale's best interests to use one of the recommended companies you suggested.
