options for an expiring week

Hi Mark,

It is looking like I may not be able to use my banked week at SFX for an exchange (a combination of limited vacation time on my part and lack of inventory where & when I want to go on your part). Other than making another deposit to extend that week, what are my options? Can I transfer that banked week into someone else's account? Can I ask for full or partial reimbursement of my maintenance fees in with such a transfer?

Evelyn - apologies for the delay. There is actually an incredibly high-chance of your requested exchange coming through. It hasn't yet, because your request has only been in a short while. However, if personal circumstances prevent you from using it, here are your options:

1. Deposit another week, and we will give you an additional extension of one year. (However, keep in mind your current deposit doesn't expire until July 08. Still plenty of time to use it.

2. You can have your week transferred over to someone else to use as your Guest. (Which has the same net effect as transferring it to someone elses account). We do it this way for tracking and accounting purposes.

3. You can let them have it for free, or of course cover your costs on that week, and perhaps collect from them your maintenance fee.
