Why no/low demand for week 51 or 52?

I was just looking at the resort grid to see what the demand would be for some of my weeks and I noticed you don't have weeks 51 and 52 listed as Prime or High demand for ....well, hardly any place!

That really surprised me......

Not in Scottsdale or Lake Tahoe, Colorado or Florida, Utah - Park City? or Canadian Ski Resorts? New England Ski Resorts (no winter weeks there!) or Caribbean or Mexico.

Is this an omission on your (companies) part?

I know these weeks are very high demand - it looks as if you wouldn't take my Sheraton PGA Christmas week.

Hi Grayfal - You bet these are very important high value weeks. If you refer back to the Season Grid, you will see this statement at the very top.

"SFX only accepts deposits in Prime and High demand seasons as designated below. In addition to these dates below, major events and major Holiday weeks are also considered Prime Demand season".
