We recently joined SFX and noticed on the deposit grid that Wasington D.C. is listed. However, when viewing the resort directory, we couldn't find any resort in Washington D.C. Is there a resort there to exchange into?

Wyndham (Fairfield) Alexandria is also referred to as DC, but is actually on King Street in Old Town Alexandria. Right at the Metro subway stop that brings you into DC.
