About SFX Preferred Resorts

I'm sorry. That isn't what I meant. I know I have to tell RHC what I want to book. What I meant to ask is if I have to let RHC know that I will be using the unit to deposit into SFX.

Harbor Ridge Week 21

We recently bought week 21 at Harbor Ridge in Southwest Harbor, ME.

That week is usually, not always, the last week in May and includes Memorial Day. This is the start of "the season" up there.

However, it is before the June 1 SFX start of the New England prime season.
So, is that a week that would be of interest to SFX?

We also own Harbor Ridge week 35 which is around Labor Day.

Last, but not least, we still get SFX mailings asking us about depositing our long gone Desert Oasis week. How do we let you know that we no longer own there.

Who's in charge of updates?

I don't know whether this should be a separate thread, PM, or what since the last message here was a LONG time ago. However.......I'm wondering who does resort updates and when. Are the descriptions in the SFX website promotional pieces from the resorts themselves? I was browsing the resort list and noticed the listing for Ke Nani Kai, the only listing for Molokai. It makes reference to being 'situated between the 8th and 17th holes of the Kaluakoi Golf Course. That would be nice, if true, but the course has been closed for a few years (at least that's what I was told by a local). That's sad, because it remains one of the best courses I ever played in Hawaii (1986).

I don't know much else about the resort, but it gets good marks on Trip Advisor. Just thought you might want to pass this along to your marketing people.

SFX might also want to change the name of the "Victoria" timeshares on the Canada section to "Vancouver Island" since the two resorts listed are about 2 hours apart.

Zach - thank you for your post. Unfortunately sometimes information about resort features change without the resort informing exchange companies. Much of our information is based upon the resorts website and other industry resources. We can't thank you enough when Members bring incorrect information to our attention, giving us the opportunity to remedy the information.

I will pass this along to our marketing department and have the description information verified.
