I cound not find the information at the website.... Is it okay to give an exchange week or a bonus week to a third party? Does SFX issue a guest certificate? If so, is there any fee?

Yes, you can give your SFX bonus week to someone else. I'm not sure about the exchange week, but I think you can. If you make the reservation in the 3rd party's name originally, I don't think there's a fee. If you change it after the reservation has been made, I think there is a fee. I'm sure Mark will have the exact answer for you.

Maverick1963 - Thank you for your post. You may send any guest in your place on an exchange week or a Bonus Week. If we are given their name prior to the booking of the unit, there is No Charge for the Guest Certificate. If it is given after the booking, the guest name fee is only $39.
