3 for 1 Mix Up

Hi Mark. I have just joined SFX with a platinum membership. I've done a lot of research on exchange companies and you guys seem to be the best out there for my purposes. Your 3 for 1 special finally sealed the deal for me! Here is my question. I used your web site to join and to deposit my week. Today I received notification that the deposit was verified with my resort. When I went online and checked my account however, it is showing only 1 week available for exchange - no bonus week or Mexico week. Am I looking in the wrong place? I will PM you my details. Thanks.
