How do I reserve two units during the same week?

I would like to get two exchanges in San Francisco sometime next summer, both during the same week (although they do not have to be at the same property). I have listed these requests online, and in the "additional information" box, have explained my need for two units during the same week. Have I done this properly? Would it be better for me to call and talk directly with someone? Thanks for the help.

Julie - thank you for your post. In the current version of our web, the comments box certainly is the right place to add the notation, in addition to placing each request against two separate credits in your account.
