Mark, once again I've been delighted with the service from SFX.
I've had requests in for months for a week in Hawaii (2 units deposited), but had heard nothing. I looked back at my requests, and was dismayed to see I had indicated a 2 bedroom, which are fairly scarce there. I sent an email, saying I would be happy to have a 1 BR on any island within my time frame, and had a note right back from Scarlet, saying she had noted my request...and BTW, could I use a 1 BR on Kauai June 21? Yes, yes, yes!
I thought, as long as my luck was improving, I'd ask her to check for anything, on any island that would back up to that week. A couple of days later, I had a call from Liza, who found a week at the same resort for a connecting week.
I was positively delighted, and I'm still dancing. (Not a pretty sight ;( )
