Transferring a deposited week

Search indicated that bonus weeks could be transferred to another person's account. Can the same be done with a normal deposited week? E.g., if someone sold a timeshare with a week that had been deposited to SFX, could the deposited week be transferred to the buyer if the buyer were also a SFX member?
