Can I Return a Bonus Week

Mark,

I have a "Mexico" Bonus Week that will be expiring 31 December this year. I can not use it and none of my friends can use it. Rather than let it expire unused, is there some way that I can return it to SFX so that it can be offered to someone else or rented out?
