I spoke with Oscar yesterday, he apparently is trying to help, but . . .
I was a Gold member, but somehow no longer have access.

However, I've been trying, with your help and others, to get a good deposit into the SFX System. The problem is that I'm a Sunterra Club member.

I tried to deposit 2 Hawaii 1BR units for Nov 07. The Kaanapali Resort wouldn't let you have them. SFX told me it was a resort issue. So I cancelled the reservations. I then tried to deposit an end Oct 07 Polo Towers 2BR unit. SFX rejected it. I cancelled the reservation and lost 1200 points doing so. Two days ago, I deposited a 2br spring break cypress pointe phase 2 unit for 2008 and faxed in to you the form. I have been unable to sign on since.

Please help! All I want is a good deposit with SFX. I've only been trying to give you the highest trading power possible!!!

I spoke to Oscar yesterday. He said he'd try to help. I've heard nothing and still can't sign-on to my account. He has my cell number. I'm on vacation at Powhatan Plantation in Williamsburg this week on. Please help!

Hi David - apparently the reason you are unable to login is, your email address is not registered into your SFX account. An email address is your user name for logging in.

I located your email address from our earlier correspondence and updated your account. You should be able to login at SFX Preferred Resorts the San Francisco exchange company.

Sunterra advised us, they will only allow their members to deposit a week where the member has their actual ownership. This may be a recent change in their rules. Most multi-site resorts will allow their members to deposit any week from any of the sister-resorts within the network.
