Options for confirmed bonus week that can't be used

We confirmed a bonus week for Southern California next summer that we just found out that we may not be able to use (family wedding to go to). What are my options? Can we get our money back? Can we let someone else rent the week at our cost ($399 + $149 upgrade to 2 br fee)? I don't want to break any rules.

I have been waiting to get a 2br southern california week from sfx, mid jun- early july with a 1br sedona prime week.

TKL - There are no refunds for the week, however as long as it's more than 30 days in advance of the arrival date, you can cancel and still have a credit for that bonus week up until it's expiration date. If you rebook it, then there is a $149 rebooking fee for the week.

Or you can let someone else use it and recover your costs from them.
