Several questions . . .

I own 4BR Summer weeks at Powhatan and Greensprings.
1) Does SFX highly desire a 4BR deposit, or would you prefer two 2BR's?
2) If I deposit a Summer 4BR with SFX, will I get credit for two 2BR exchanges and two bonus weeks?
3) Which Summer weeks are most desired by SFX over the others?

Dwmantz - thank you for your post.

1. two 2brs. are more desirable. That means you get 2 exchanges instead of one... and two families get to exchange in, instead of just one. (Not to forget we earn 2 exchange fees from you instead of one).

2. No... It may be a 4 bedroom, but it's still only one week. You would get one week of exchange, and the current bonus week promotion.

3. Prime Summer weeks are any week between June 15 through Sept.7 (July 4th being the most demanded).

I think this should take care of it. I'll be depositing two 2BR Powhatan Plantation June 28 to July 5 weeks with you on Monday. I want to deposit the highest value I can!
