Kudos to SFX!!!
Many thanks for coming through with my limited request, in such a speedy manor. We are thrilled, and are really looking forward to our stay in San Fransisco.

SF is one of my favorite cities, lived there for a few months 26 years ago, sadly haven't been back since 1986

I got off the phone with SFX around 4PM EST and have a unit for August 7-14. This is a graduation trip for my niece. I know we will have a great time. By the way the call center representative I spoke with was excellent...I believe his name is Oscar. What a nice person to work with.
