New SFX Corporate Offices

This is the latest construction photo of our new corporate offices we are purchasing, being built along the waterfront in Alameda, California. This is a accross the bay from the City of San Francisco, about a 20 minute drive from downtown. We should be occupying the property by the first week of December 07.

Riverdees et al - thanks. With regards to an online booking system for the future... we have the software and capability, but as long as you have a higher demand than there is supply for the best properties... then an online booking system for exchanges doesn't work.

Remember in a previous post I explained the 80/20 rule? You have 80% of the timeshare world requesting 20% of the best space. The only space you see online with other exchange companies is space they have no requests for from their members. Thus you can see it, and book it online. (You might refer to this as the 80%). The best space always has a queue, and as soon as it's banked, it matches and gets booked.... and not viewable to you.

SFX specializes in that level of space.... the 20%. And thats the reason we do not activate an online booking system for our Members. That is the better space that is never sitting around, and searches have to be initiated. As a rule this is also the space you do not see online with other companies too.

Our model is different to RCI and I.I. and that's one of the main people use SFX, is because we are the only exchange company specializing in both Crown and 5 Star rated resorts.

If all timeshare space was about the same consistency in high quality, (everything was Crown and 5 Star) and you didn't have a huge percentage of members requesting a small percentage of space, that would be different and we would activate our online booking engine.
