I will be assisting SFX and Mark with the live chat on Wednesday October 17, 2007 at 9 PM EDST, 6 PM PDST.

Question for SFX

Does SFX ever plan to put out a printed directory not only with resorts, but with policies and procedures explained?

I really like the email updates regarding an ongoing search.

When I check 0nline, I can see the dates and the area I am searching - but I can't see the comments.
How can I check the comments? - it would be helpful to see what I have added to better manage my weeks.

I would also like the ability to update the comments online - will I be able to do this in the future?
And if I do update, is there a way the vacation councelers are 'notified' that a change has been made?

example: I am searchingfor a 2BR in Cancun Mexico - my plans have changed and a 1BR would be acceptable - I would like to be able to change this online.

In the future, will SFX be doing any special promotions to attract deposits from the East Coast?

Could SFX partner with any East Coast resorts to get more inventory on this side of the country?

The SFX relationship with Sloane Gardens in London is fantastic, is there any chance that they will be developing exclusive trading partnerships with any other resorts here or abroad?

If you have a really good trader in RCI or Interval International why should an owner deposit their week with SFX?

Beyond the 3 for 1 offers is there anything else that SFX offers that the others don’t.

In other words, if I’m not interested in the Mexico Bonus week and I can get a bonus week with RCI and/or II why should I come to SFX?

For example,
Does SFX have access to inventory not available in RCI and/or II? If so, what resorts?
Does SFX offer locations that are not available in RCI and/or II? If so, what locations?

I hate to say this but this thread has been up for a month and only a few questions were posted in that time. Today which is the day of the chat and just a few minutes to go , questions are being posted one after the other. Thats not giving Mark much time to send the answers to Mike. If you want go into the chat room to make sure your question gets posted because there is a good chance the last few questions will not make it into the chat in time.
