Mark, I received an email from SFX today on this subject. The message was reminding me that I am a gold member who has not deposited my week for 2008 yet. Problem is, I am a platinum member and deposited my 2008 week months ago. Also the email had my account number wrong. If I PM you the details would you get it sorted out for me? Do you think these descrepancies have any bearing on the filling of my outstanding request? Thanks. Bob

Hi Bob - thank you for the private message. As per my reply, this has all been corrected. The discprepency has nothing to do with your requests, there was an error in a data base merge field not correctly merging Platinum status for Platinum Members. Plus, there was a duplicate account in your name. Your original account is current and has the deposit. The duplicate account didn't have a deposit that's why you got the message. The duplicate account has been deleted.

SilkRoad - thank you for your post. May I ask what resort it is?
SilkRoad - Very Nice resort !! It is my understanding you can call the resort and prepay with a credit card, or send them a check, then they will allow you to reserve next year's week to deposit. Most resorts allow a prepay of next year's maintenance fees.

Thanks for your reply. I went ahead a started the deposit process online. I might wait a few days for the m.f bill to arrive before faxing the signature form. If I do not receive anything in the next few days, I'll contact the resort as you suggest.
