Maintenance Hours?

I just tried to log in to the website and notice it is unavailable due to maintenance. Are there regular hours that SFX will be doing maintenance on their website in the future?

I just tried to log in to the website and notice it is unavailable due to maintenance. Are there regular hours that SFX will be doing maintenance on their website in the future?

Hi Jericap - Tomorrow (Friday) we will be closed as we are moving into our new office building throughout the whole weekend. The servers are currently down and will probably not be active until Monday, but possibly much sooner.

Are the phones/voice mail down too? I tried leaving a message for Scarlet today on her extension and it told me that her mail box was not available. I left a message on the option it made available to me-but I needed to leave more personal information and I was hesitant to do so since it wasn't her actual mailbox.
Will everything be back up Monday? Can I email her and she will receive it Monday?

Hi StressCadet - We have a new phone system installed this weekend, and not all staff members have had a chance to program their extension mail boxes. You may leave a message for Scarlet at extension 101. She will receive it Monday morning.

We are also hoping our email and website will be active by Monday. Everything is installed on our end, but we our waiting for our servers new DNS to propagate through the internet system for it to become active. This usually take around 48 hours, and hopefully Sunday all will be ready.
