Mark I have a question about Mayan Palace Riviera Maya. Is it an all inclusive? I know SFX doesn't generally have AI'S; but it is listed in your directory. If so how would one know the AI fees? Also do you know if the Palace Passport are available to exchangers?

My Mistake

I made a mistake in the above posting. All my questions are related to Moon Palace in Cancun. You guys have so many great resorts that you work with in Mexico and I confused the 2 while researching.

Hi Bob - I pm'd you the AI fees. Personally I think most AI's are not good value for money. Most of them are around $1,000 per person per week, with a slight price break for kids. So, a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) can cost around $3,000 for food and drinks for a week at the same restaurants ... everyday !!! I know it's a vacation, but come-on.

Do you think you could do better dining out at different restaurants? Do you want to dine at the same restaurants onsite everyday? And how often will you be out on an excursion and miss the meals at the resort thus spending even more money on food and drink because you are away from the property?

Everyone sees value differently.

Bob - I think you meant the Moon Palace. Mayan Palace does not have an AI.
