Bonus week

I just joined and made my first deposit. I thought I would qualify for the 2 for 1 promotion. I was just looking on the website and realized that not all weeks qualify. I deposited a southeast Florida unit -week 14, but now I see that prime period ends Easter week. Week 14 is springbreak for many schools including Florida schools this year. so I was surprised.

Also, I joined as a platinum member. Under platinum membership benefits it says "high-grade bonus week", but this isn't listed under gold membership. Is there something that platinum members are entitled to in regards to bonus weeks?

ABC - thank you for your post. If you could pm me your name and account number, I can have a supervisor review the deposit dates for you. Typical consideration for bonus week related promotions are to drive more deposits for prime time and location oriented space.

Whether you are a Gold or Platinum Member, all of our Bonus Weeks are considered high-grade as they are Gold Crown or 5 Star rated that can be requested up to one year in advance, rather than left-over space typically 60days or less as with other exchange companies.
