Sue - thanks !! Actually we have been doing great. The last 4 years have been dynamic growth, with more members and resorts affiliating our services. We needed a larger property to provide capacity for more extensive growth. We looked for 2 years and couldn't find the right property, so we purchased the land and purpose built from the ground floor up.
