On Wednesday I signed up for a platinum membership. I have not received a single word from sfx since then. no welcome, no instructions. Nothing.

What's with the stealth mode?

You may want to send Mark PM, since he may need to look up your name, more detail personal stuff which none really want to talk in public form. So he could see if your application actually went through. Not a member, so don't know their process, but do you get a web-comfirmation after you pay the fee?
