Kudos to SFX and Mark

Just wanted to post that SFX and Mark really came through for me.

Gave my DD and SIL a week at our home resort. Kind of a last hurray before their new baby gets here. Well, her doc says, nah, no going out of the country at 7 and a half months. They had already locked in the week they had to go, so that was a big limiter in getting them something else.

I sent a pm to Mark asking for advice. He was great. DD and SIL are now staying in the states and very happy with what SFX was able to offer them.

I am sure SFX and Mark would have done the same for any customer, but it is just so nice when one receives outstanding customer service that I wanted to let others know.

I'm so glad that Mark came through, and that it all worked out. I'm sure that your DD, and SIL were really looking forward to this vacation, and would have been very disappointed had things gone differently. I hope they have a wonderful time, and congrats to you all, on the new baby.
