When is SFX closed

What are your business holidays? I tried calling today and the office appears closed. It is President's day, but most businesses (esp. travel) are not closed today. I think it would be helpful to know what your availability is, and I do not see it on your website. Thanks for your help.

Did you get their voice mail? That is pretty much the norm for SFX - you don't usually get a live person.

Bellesgirl - thank you for your post.

As with most companies, we were closed for President's Day. We did have this noted in two places in our web (Home page and the login page). Of course Members were still able to transact online.

Here is a list of Holidays we are closed.

President's Day
Memorial Day
July 4th
Labor Day
Thanksgiving (Thur. & Fri.)
Christmas
New Year
