We are looking to trade into Key West in the next couple of years. What resorts do you have in Key West, what is the time period that you accept them and do you get very many deposit?

Key West has a very limited prime time, and only about 4 properties... typically making demand far greater than supply industry-wide. Point being, in prime time... no company gets as many deposits as they need.
So, the Key is (no pun intended) to be as reasonably flexible as possible on travel dates. We are not allowed to make any representations of odds of receiving an exchange... However I will say this. With some flexibility and this advance notice, I would "definitely" submit your request with optimism.
