Does SFX ever have Cozumel?

Just found out I have to go to a wedding in June of 09. Was wondering if SFX ever has deposits in Cozumel?

I have an ongoing request in for London for 2009, I would be adding this, what happens does my London stay in the que and this goes in also just with a new date in "line" without effecting my London place in "line". (ok, that is complicated to explain)

I'm not sure I completely understand your question, but if you put in an additional request for another location, it does nothing to your existing request. I frequently add dates and locations to my request list and all my existing requests stay put.

Click on the request tab, click on the deposited week (or bonus week) that you want to use. You can "add locations/date" by clicking on the button at the bottom of the page.

no clue if they have Cozumel but their resort directory online does not show anything for Cozumel.

jgirvine - thank you for your post. We can confirm guests to Cozumel... But, a word of caution; It seems that every quality resort is an "All-inclusive" only. That means you have to pay close to $3,000 for food & beverage for a week, and eating at the same restaurants!!! There are many that feel this isn't good or reasonable value.

If you add another request to your current London request, your London request maintains it's position in queue, and the new request's position is as of the day you placed it.

Which resort is the wedding at in Cozumel?

Which resort is the wedding at in Cozumel? We drove around the island. Seemed some resorts were about 5-10 miles North of the ferry dock, some were about 5-10 miles South. I noticed lots of restaurants on the West side of Cozumel Island but not as many TSs.

We visited our TS in Cozumel while we were in the Maya Riviera area Nov 07-Jan 08. While our TS with in Cozumel offers all inclusive (AI), I know we can decline. I think anyone we rent to can decline. I also think if we put a week into an exchange the exchanger does not need to pay for AI.

On the other hand, I understand that our Velas Vallarta in PV requires anyone using an exchange to pay a high AI fee. Velas is supposed to have a new property opening soon somewhere between Groupo Mayan/Mayan Palace and Playa Del Carmen but I don't know if the policy will be the same as in PV.

The ferry from PDC to Cozumel is frequent in case you stay on the PDC/Maya Riviera side but you probably wouldn't want to stay on that side the night of the wedding. The ferry might not run past 10 pm also.
