Hi Mark,
I sent a pm last week in response to no response to an email a few weeks back. Wondering if you saw the reply and/or found the emails. I also sent a new pm with some new Q's - never quite sure if posting here or pm/emailing is a better alternative.

Hi Edye - If you would be kind enough to resend any questions it will be appreciated. It will save me time searching for them, and I will respond as soon as I get them.

We receive thousands of emails every week, and sometimes items can be overlooked and in hundreds of instances emails get quarantined in filters indicating a possible virus.

Appreciated...
