Request First/Deposit First?

Mark I know that if you deposit first you have better trading power than when you request first so I'm wondering which is the best thing for me to do in this situation? My Platinum Membership is paid through Apr/09 and I have currently got 1 week on deposit and have a search going with this week for Mar/Apr 2007. I want a week in Florida for Nov/07 and am going to deposit my 2007 week as soon as the new offer comes out. Should I put this request in now or wait until I deposit my 2007 week? I want to have the highest possible trading power and don't want to mess it up by requesting first.

Lynn - thanks for the post. For Florida, November (except for Thanksgiving week) is a low demand season and all things being equal, there should be a reasonable expectation for results. I would recommend waiting for the new promo for 07 deposits to come out (Late April/May) and then place the request for November /Florida. ( I am assuming you won't be requesting Thanksgiving week???).
