  • How does SFX find us? And what will the website let me do?

After reading thru the SFX website, I realize that they will need to contact me regarding my exchange request if they get a match....

    And I travel alot.

    1. How do I let SFX know what my contact info will be when I am out of town?
    2. Can I check the website to see if you have confirmed my exchange?
    3. If I decide to cancel or change my exchange, can I do this online?

Pat - thanks for the post.

    1. Perhaps leave us your cell# and/or a number where you can be reached. Call into customer service, or your agent assigned your request and let them know.

    2. If it is an "exact match" to what you asked for, it will be booked. You can login and go to History and see if it's booked.

    3. If it is already confirmed and booked, no. You would have to call customer service or your agent directly. If it is not booked, and in search mode... you can login and cancel the request.

    Hope this helps...
