Bel Aire Puerto Vallarta

I was referred to this site. I was in MX in Aug 2008. Bought into a Private Residence Club--Bel Aire Spa and Golf Resort. May have been the biggest mistake of my life. Anyway, they said they use SFX as an exchange Company. Is there any truth to this?

If you go to the forums box here and click on to it and roll down you will be able to find "ASk SFX.


IMHO you should try and recind by contacting Profeco as some had been able to get out of Mayan contracts well after the 5 day right of recission time period had passed. You have nothing to lose but a little time.

Please rescind your purchase now, this is a serious fraud and it is almost to the crash and burn stage. We toured and agreed to buy in November 2007, until I read the documents, then we canceled the next day.

Mary - thank you for your post. You as an "individual" can indeed use SFX for your exchanges. However, please be advised there is no exchange affiliation relationship between Belaire and SFX.

Mary - you do have to become a Member, but you do not have to pay an annual fee if you are a Gold Member. Gold Membership is Free.

Supporting Tony's note to the above thread - there is a lonnnggggg thread on BelAire at TUG - the thread is littered with shill posts created by people associated with BelAire posing as enthusiastic owners.

In a battle of oxymorons, "BelAire ethics" would slap down "Army intelligence" in less than three seconds.

What is nice about it? It is nothing more than a skeleton. The proof is here as that comes from their webcam (camera 1) of their own website. How long ago did they start the project? Others started long after them and are finished already. We have never seen the project as we have read so much about it on TUG so will stay away.

No wonder that they are not part of SFX or the Registry Collection.
