I just signed up for SFX. Before I deposit my week, I wanted to know what the chances were to get a week in Cancun at any of the Royals in Early July?

Allen - thank you for your post. Unfortunately we are not allowed to quote chances for availability. It would be inappropriate for any exchange company to suggest "chances or odds" of receiving an exchange. Exchange companies do not know when or if members will bank their weeks or use where they own. Of course, there are many other variables affecting availability.

If we tell you it should become available, and it doesn't.... then we look like.... well, "you know what!", and creates a negative relationship with a customer.

The best I can advise is to place a request well in advance and be as flexible as possible with dates. Try to avoid major Holiday weeks.

Thanks. I understand. I will have to wait and see. I'm waiting for my week to record so I can deposit it. Looks like it should qualify for the 3 for 1 as it's an early june week at the Kaanapali Beach Club. Hopefully I close before the october special runs out.

Allen - As a new purchase, if it goes past the expiration date which applies to pre-existing ownership, assuming it's a qualified resort, you will still qualify for the 3 for 1.
