    Hi Mark,

    After reading several great posts about SFX I thought I would sign up. I went to the web site and filled out the form for platinum membership. After I clicked the "submit" button I was taken back to the sign up page again. I wasn't sure if my app got submitted so I filled it out again and "submit" and the same thing happened. So...I'm not sure if SFX got my app or there is a system glitch.

    Hi Jen - Humble apologies. There was a glitch in the processing page for new applications. It is being tested this weekend and will be fixed by Sunday early evening.

        Hi Mark,

        I just tried it with your link and got the "page cannot be found" message after submitting.

        I'll wait a couple of days and hopefully things will be fixed.

          Hi Jen - I just tried the link above http://www.sfx-resorts.com/membership.html and it is working effective 10:10am PST. It took me to the Membership page for Gold and Platinum. Please try again, and if you experience any problems let me know.

            Hi Mark,

            I just tried again.

            The link you gave works. I can get all the way to filling out the application. Its when I click the submit button that I have the problem. It goes nowhere and I get the error message.

              I had a similar problem the other day when I was trying to upgrade my account to platinum. I tried several times and got error messages. Finally just called and the woman on the phone was able to do it for me.

              I think there's always little glitches when you put up a new site. I've found that some of the links are broken, but all in all, I think the new site is very attractive and fun to use.

                Hi Jen - just spoke with our IT department. They advise to go to our website http://www.sfx-resorts.com. After cicking Home or Go..... then click Memberships.

                When you see that page, click the refresh button on your browser at the top of the screen. This will clear the cache where the link to the previous page was saved, and this will load the updated fixed page. At the bottom you will then see a link to the application which is a secure site.

                Please let us know if this worked for you.
