Possible SFX deposit with Worldmark SF 1BR

Hi Mark,

I am new to Timesharing and have some questions. I am considering joining SFX and want to ask... Does a 1BR from Worldmark San Francisco qualify for 3 Weeks for 1? What does it qualify for, can I get a 2BR in say, Grand Mayan Riviera Maya or Los Cabos ?

Alex - thank you for your post. Worldmark SF certainly qualifies for our 3 for 1. Worldmark Vancouver and Victoria Island has very high trading power too. Subject to availability, Riviera Maya and Los Cabos are possibilities.

For your exchange, as a Gold Member, you are entitled to the same size as you deposited; a one-bedroom unit. As a Gold Member, if you want to upgrade to a larger size than you deposited, you would pay an upgrade fee of $159 in addition to the exchange fee.

As a "Platinum Member", you can request a one size larger unit than you deposited at "no extra charge" and pay a reduced exchange fee. (There are two types of Platinum Memberships. "Platinum Rewards" which is for those who have an interest in high-end cruise exchanges. And "Platinum", which appeals to those who like several weeks of land based vacations each year, both exchange and bonusweeks).

Mark, Thanks for your quick reply. BTW, is the 3-for-1 a regular thing, I just noticed that I am past the 1st 2 deadlines. In other words, will that come around again, so I can get the max benefit for next year?

Alex - we have offered the 3 for 1 on several occassions in the past, and will probably do one for next year. However... please note for New Members (such as yourself), you will get the Bonus Weeks at the original price structure, only $399 instead of the current $599.
