The current one in my account is good until 12/31/07

Hi Pat - if we receive your 2007 deposit on 7/1/2006... your Bonus Week will expire on 12/31/2007 (gives you about 1 1/2 years in which to use it).

Any 2007 deposits received in 2007 will have one year as of the date we receive the deposit in which to use the week.

Our policy is to reward those who deposit early with the greatest value and benefits.

I'm ready to deposit my 2007 week. How soon can I put in a request for my Mexican week? Also, can I take that week in 2006? My m.f. fees for 2007 don't get billed or paid until Jan 2007. However, all of my fees are currently paid through 2006.

One more question, is there an age restriction on guest passes?

Sue - thank you for your post.

As soon as we verify your deposit information with your resort, you can place your request for the Mexico Bonus Week immediately.

You can request the Bonus Week as of the day we verify the deposit, which takes a few days ... so let's say from around April 2006 through Dec 31, 2007.

A Guest in your place must be at least 21 years of age.

Hi Holly - you can indeed deposit your 2007 qualified week today and qualify for the SFX 2007 Special Offer. We will be officially launching the campaign before the end of this week, which will contain all the details including the Terms & Conditions.

My sister is trying to decide what to do with her 2006 Hawaii week.

Is the new promo only valid for exchange weeks starting in 2007 and beyond? Can she use her 2006 exchange week for the new 2007 promotion?

It will be a 3 weeks for 1 offer (1 Exchange, 1 Regular Bonus Week and 1 Mexico Bonus Week). If your qualified Deposit is received by SFX no later than 9/30/2006, the price of the Bonus Weeks when booked are only $399 each. So that's an approx. value of $2,800 for a fraction of the price.

Dave - that is a very good question. Our Membership rule I believe is 21. I am sure we wouldn't be comfortable allowing 16 year old the keys to a luxury vacation home for a party ... whoops !!! sorry I meant vacation

We are not saying all 16 year olds are not responsible people, but we do believe common sense and prudence dictates policy here. Historically, it may be said the risk factor for damage to a unit may be higher, and the Member who sent the guest in their place would be liable for any damage to the unit.

I am sure if we as adults think back to when we were 16 and what we got up to, or what we potentially would have gotten up to if we had the keys to someone else's vacation home...

Well... need I say any more

On a case by case basis, there may be mitigating circumstances for a waiver to the rule. Hope this helps.

Hi Edye - Thanks for the post. That is correct. Not all resorts qualify for the 3for 1. Some will qualify for a 2 for 1.
